PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decision making support system which generally and simply utilizes a hierarchical analysis method for various targets.;SOLUTION: The decision making support system includes: a means for generating a hierarchical model by hierarchically forming a purpose set on a registration screen, a substitutive plan and an evaluation reference; a means for selectively presenting either one of a relative evaluation method and an absolute evaluation method as a method to be used for the hierarchical analysis method; a means for automatically calculating the weight of each evaluation reference by executing the relative evaluation processing of respective evaluation references composing the hierarchical model; a means for automatically calculating the weight of each evaluation scale by executing the relative evaluation processing of respective evaluation scales based on the set information of an evaluation scale indicating an absolute evaluation standard for evaluation references in the absolute evaluation method; a means for automatically calculating the weight of each evaluation reference for a substitutive plan by executing the relative evaluation processing of respective substitutive plans in each evaluation reference in the relative evaluation method; and a means for finding out a substitutive plan having high evaluation based on the calculation result of the weight calculation means and presenting the substitutive plan to a client terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
