PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an medical examinee to more easily understand a medical examination result, and to enable a doctor in charge to more easily explain the medical examination result. PSOLUTION: A display code DCj in a box 33i, which is a j-th code from the head of a display code entry field 33, is read; report data is retrieved by using the display code DCj as a key; a hit record k is read out; and examination item names, examination values, examination value levels, remarks and errors thereof are respectively entered in the first to fifth columns of the j-th row in a table 301. The examination item names of the record k are entered in the first column of the j-th row in a graph 302, and a bar having a length proportional to a prescribed value S of the record k is displayed in the second column of the j-th row in the graph 302. The examination item names and explanatory sentences of the record k are respectively entered in the first and second columns of the j-th row in an examination item explanation field 304.
