PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail matter transmitting system, an e-mail matter transmission processing method and a transmission job support system, capable of transmitting a mail matter to a customer at low cost, enabling the customer to readily receive the mail matter.;SOLUTION: An e-mail matter transmitting system 10 generates a postcard 80 for notification by a transmission job support system 40, so as to mail it to the customer. A card information reading device 60 reads an account number from the card of the customer having seen the postcard 80, so as to transmit it to the transmission job support system 40. After authentication processing is performed by the use of the account number, transmission is made to a transmission source system 20 by identifying a post office box ID. The transmission source system 20 obtains the e-mail matter data from the post office box ID, and transmits it to the card information reader 60 via the transmission job support system 40, so as to transmit it to a mobile device 90 of the customer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
