PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an Fe-based soft magnetic alloy powder that has high performance coefficient Q and high real number part μ' of complex relative permeability, especially in the VHF band; a method of producing the Fe-based soft magnetic alloy powder; a magnetic sheet for VHF band and a molded article using the Fe-based soft magnetic alloy powder; and a magnetic core for VHF band.;SOLUTION: The Fe-based soft magnetic alloy powder has a structure composed of a dual-phase structure having a bcc phase and a second crystal phase having an X-ray diffraction peak different from that of the bcc phase, wherein the bcc phase has an average crystal particle size of ≤50 nm, and the peak intensity rate ((I2/I1)×100) (%) of the peak intensity (I1) of the bcc phase to the peak intensity (I2) of the second crystal phase is 10 to 30%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
