PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein noise is generated, in driving of a piezoelectric actuator.;SOLUTION: A pulse-generating circuit 26 can selectively generate a pulse for displacement, having a duty ratio which displaces a lens 8, by a prescribed step width and a pulse for retention having a duty ratio which retains the lens 8 at the present position as a drive pulse applied to a piezoelectric element 14. The pulse-generating circuit 26 controls the generation of the drive pulse which is continuous a plurality of times within a cycle of servo control and generates the pulse for displacement, when a remaining amount of a desired amount of displacement is equal to or more than a prescribed threshold. Meanwhile, when the remaining amount becomes smaller than the threshold, the pulse-generating circuit successively generates the pulse for retention until the start of cycle of succeeding servo control.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
