PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably enhance the safety at the take-off moment by jointly using a visual information communication system in addition to the radio communication system depending only the auditory sense in which the instruction during the take-off to an aircraft is performed by the radio communication.;SOLUTION: A database unit for visual display is constructed for each aircraft. Every time performing the instruction by radio, a control officer touches a button on the screen indicating the same instruction content to turn on a reception lamp. When a pilot confirms that both instruction contents are matched with each other, the accuracy of reliability of the information transmission is expected to be considerably enhanced. Further, if there is any non-matching, there is an advantage that information can be checked in the bilateral manner.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
