PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preprinting method by a printer and an in-mold transfer method, used for a prepress In-Mold Release or Roller film (IMR film) and a prepress In-Mold Forming film (IMF film).;SOLUTION: A peel layer, a wear-resistance protective layer, an ink pattern layer, a metal pattern layer and an adhesion layer, are formed by alignment with digital printing by the printer. The prepress IMR film is press-formed from the IMR film according to the shape of a product, and thereafter is attached onto an injection-mold or a pressure casting mold. During the injection-molding or the pressure casting molding, the prepress IMR film is combined with a plastic material, and the outermost base layer is peeled off after demolding, thereby completing the in-mold transfer and finishing the product. Alternatively, a prepress IMR film is attached onto an injection mold and is cut according to the product shape after conducting injection molding or pressure casting molding (or is cut before injection-molding or pressure casting molding), completing the production process of the IMF film.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
