PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time required for preparation of an article based on an analysis result of a financial statement.SOLUTION: In an article preparation system, a template data unit is previously prepared. The unit includes a condition related to information obtained based on financial statement data, and a character string used when the information obtained based on the financial statement fits the condition. The article preparation system receives the financial statement data described in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language), and obtains a value based on the financial statement data. The article preparation system decides whether the information obtained based on the financial statement data fits the condition, and creates article data representing the article including the character string when the result of the decision is positive.
