PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove noise occurred in a water area in a three-dimensional topographic data built from a stereophotograph.;SOLUTION: A three-dimensional topographic data accuracy-improving device comprises a water area designation part 13 which designates one arbitrary water area range, a feature extraction part 14 which extracts a feature amount representing a distribution feature of the height of each part of three-dimensional topographic data, a division part 15 which compares a feature amount in the water area and a feature amount of each point of the three-dimensional topographic data and divides into a candidate water area and a non-water area, a water area detection part 16 which detects the water area from the candidate water area, and a plane generation part 17 which generates a corrected plane of the water area from the altitude of surrounding non-water area adjacent to each detected water area and replaces the water area detected by the water area detection part 16 with the corrected plane.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
