PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining an overall stability constant of an association product, which is necessary for predicting the state (an existing kind and an existence ratio thereof) of the association product generated by association of a protein with a ligand, based on a chemical equilibrium rule.;SOLUTION: In this method, each protein, each ligand, the number of hydrogen ions (association product composition) and the overall stability constant of the association product, which are related in production equilibrium for producing the association product in aqueous solution from M kinds proteins (M is an integer of 1 or more) and N kinds of ligands (N is an integer of 1 or more), are determined by using a pH titrimetric method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
