PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer training support system, a developer training support method, and a developer training support program for efficient support in training a program developer.;SOLUTION: In an object person storage unit 23 of a developer training server 20, a character identifier of a training object person is stored. In a reference information storage unit 24, a reference value corresponding to the character identifier is stored. Then, a control unit 21 of the developer training server 20 executes acquisition processing for character information of a training object person. If a progress situation falls short of the reference value, the control unit 21 executes alarm output processing. The control unit 21 uses a character identifier reference value to execute evaluation processing of source code. In compile error evaluation processing, a permissible frequency is identified according to an error kind in an error history. Then, if an error frequency is a permissible frequency or above, the control unit 21 executes output processing of support information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
