Stimulus or cosmetic treatment pigmentation or action evaluating method for distribution of melanin in lucinol on three-dimensional human skin model, involves generating information representing action of stimulus/treatment based on result
The method involves carrying out acquisition by multiphotonic microscopy before exposure of keratinous materials to stimulus or before a cosmetic treatment using light radiation. Another acquisition is carried out by the microscopy after exposure of the materials to the stimulus or after the treatment. Distribution of melanin in the materials is represented in the acquisitions. The acquisitions are compared. Information representing the action of the stimulus or of the treatment on the distribution of the melanin in the materials is generated based on a comparison result. The light radiation is solar radiation, UV radiation or infra-red radiation.
