Surgical instrumentation for resecting longitudinal ends of long bone i.e. tibia of human during surgical operation i.e. prosthesis of knee, has tibial cutting guide located at longitudinal level of tibia in service positions
The instrumentation (1) has a cutting guide (10) i.e. tibial cutting guide, guiding application of a bone cutting tool. Mechanics units (20) locate the cutting guide with respect to a long bone i.e. tibia (T). The cutting guide is designed for locking with a dedicated part (22-2) of the mechanics units in two different service positions, which are distributed around the tibia. The cutting guide is located at a longitudinal level of the tibia in each service position.
