Optical detector for optical transducer in biosensor to analyze quality of water, has coupling face reflected by metal coating at level of analysis chamber, and plane face of coupling generating plasmons waves reflected by reflection face
The detector has an emitting device including an inlet optical fiber (110) and a source for emitting a light beam parallel to a principal axis. A receiving device includes an output optical fiber (112) and a spectrometer for receiving the light beam. A prism (214) presents a plane insertion face perpendicular to the principal axis. The emitted light beam is reflected by a reflection face (404). A coupling face is reflected by metal coating at a level of an analysis chamber (216a). A plane face of coupling generates plasmons waves that are reflected by another reflection face. An independent claim is also included for a sensor including an optical transducer.
