The cushion (1) has a coating cover (2) with primary and secondary coating parts (4, 5) associated together by a connection seam (6) forming a bead (7). The cover is molded by a padding block (3). An aspect seam (8) is fixed at the primary coating part. The cover has a tensioning and sealing band (9) with a median zone (10) placed between primary and secondary lateral borders (11, 12). The primary border is arranged against a face of the bead corresponding to the secondary coating part. The median zone surrounds the bead. The secondary border is arranged against the primary coating part.
