The device (D) has an articulating unit articulating a movable strip (1) on vertical posts (5) of a frame (2) that is placed in a plane nearer to the vertical, such that the strip carries out opening and downward sliding movements under the effect of its weight, when the frame is in place or during the absence of any exterior control effort. The strip is pivotably connected with a triangular bracket (8). A filler piece receiving frame (4) permits the maintenance of the strip, and is made of thermal insulating material.
