Directional transmission e.g. power transmission, for e.g. golf pull cart, has oscillation controlling mechanisms arranged in manner to control passage of clutching units from clutched position to disengaged position
The transmission has two oscillation controlling mechanisms (10A, 10B), each of which is enslaved by functioning with clutching units (9A, 9B) to control non-progressive coupling clutches (8A, 8B) and to allow passage of one of the clutches to a clutched status before pivoting displacement of a transmission case (1) in a tensioning direction of a belt (7). Each mechanism maintains the case in a pivoted tension position of the belt in an active tensioning position of the belt to control passage of the associated clutching units from a clutched position to a disengaged position or vice-versa.
