The magnetic panel/board has a paint foil or metal sheet plate (2) provided over half of a carton panel (1) and a cork plate provided over another half of the carton panel, where the carton panel includes an adhesive sheet. The carton panel is surrounded by a frame (5), and a magnetized or magnetic adhesive band is added on sides of the frame.
