Cutting tools of the shank-type design as a fully radius milling cutter, die milling cutter, finishing cutter of the invention, roughing cutter, conical end mill cutter and bore-grinding tools in stages embodiment, all statements at the face end by means of center in a cutting manner and with internal cooling, for the machining of metallic and non-metallic workpieces,are characterized by,a round rod - blank (1) in various of solid hard metal qualities with a cooling channel borehole (7) which is parallel to the blank axis (4) extends, in which the at the end face, horizontally extending blank - central axis (2) by means of the cooling passage bore - center point (8) runs,that the cooling channel borehole - center point (8) in order to the amount of offset (5), offset with respect to the side, vertical blank - central axis (3) is carried out, and that, in the angle of 90° to the central axis (3).
