The element has a plastic block (1) for accommodating a hexagonal screw (2) and a hexagonal screw socket (3) that are adjustable and unscrewable with a screw wrench. A hexagonal hole is formed in a lower part of the plastic block for holding the hexagonal screw and the hexagonal screw socket. A slot (4) is formed in an upper part of the plastic block for rotation of the screw by the screw wrench. Projections are arranged in the upper and lower parts of the plastic block for holding the plastic block in a precast concrete unit.
