The method involves smoothening and compressing the surface of the heaps before the applying of the adhesive. The applying of a cross-linked adhesive film made of an organic adhesive takes place on a surface of heaps (1) by an injecting- or high-pressure sprayer (4) traversed over the other surface (2). An independent claim is also included for device for spreading the covering.
