Vaporizing burner i.e. blue-flame burner, for use in central-heating boiler, has air inlet ending in evaporator chamber with respect to cylindrical cross-section of chamber to produce turbulence flow in partial tangential direction
The burner (10) has an evaporator chamber (14) with an air inlet (22) and a fuel supply (18) and comprising an electrically operated burning starter (16) with a heat surface. The evaporator chamber ends in a combustion chamber. Fuel and/or air mixture produced in the evaporator chamber is burned in the combustion chamber. The air inlet ends in the evaporator chamber with respect to a cylindrical cross-section of the evaporator chamber to produce turbulence flow in a partial tangential direction. The inlet is perpendicular to an axial direction of the evaporator chamber.
