The device (30) has a splaying element (32) attached to an access instrument in a position, where the splaying element is movable in a direction. The access instrument has a body with partial bodies having distal partial body sections that cross proximate partial body sections, where the distal partial body sections laterally splay during movement of the splaying element. The splaying element has a splaying body (40) attached to the distal partial body sections, where the splaying body is in the form of a bolt (42).
