The head set has a mounting device for mounting on or in the head of the user and a bone conduction-hearing device (15). The bone conduction-hearing device has a vibration conductor (16), an amplifier (20) and an operating element as function elements, and is supported or adjusted by the mounting device. A microphone unit (19) is provided outside the bone conduction-hearing device, and the signal is emitted to one of the function elements.
