The suspension has a wheel axle (3) supported in a wheel suspension housing (2). The wheel suspension housing is rotatably supported by a housing shaft (8) at a chassis frame (4), so that a steering movement (14) of a wheel (1) is caused in relation to a supporting surface (15) by rotating the housing shaft against the chassis frame. A driven drive pinion (6) stays in connection with a drive shaft (9). The drive shaft is guided by the housing shaft, which is designed as a hollow shaft, and stays in effective connection with a drive on the chassis frame, where the drive produces torque (12).
