Household appliance i.e. baking oven, has handle fixed to front-plate that is provided with glass material and connected with sheet metal-applications by lap joints, where edge side of glass material overlaps with sheet metal-applications
The appliance has an appliance door (4) with a bar-like handle (8), where the handle is fixed to a front-plate (5) that is provided with glass material. An edge side of the glass material is partially applied on the front-plate of the appliance door, where the edge side of the glass material overlaps with sheet metal -applications (6, 7) that are formed as single piece component. The handle is connected with the sheet metal-applications by edge-sided lap joints (6.1, 8.1), and the front-plate is provided on an opposite side of the sheet metal -applications.
