The device (1) has a mobile end device (2) for location-independently and electronically collecting medical data. A central, server assisted database architecture (3) centrally holds the data by continuous processing and telemetric score shipping. The data are evaluated using a standardized method and aggregated to a personal risk profile. The mobile end device includes a medical measuring device for transferring vital parameters. A fundus camera (5) detects image data of terminal vessels of a microvascular system in a retinal region (6). An independent claim is also included for a method for electronically detecting and evaluating medical data.
