Traction drive arrangement for e.g. electric vehicle, has thermal energy supplying mechanism provided for supplying thermal energy of internal combustion engine to air-conditioning system in vehicle interior
The arrangement has an internal combustion engine (5) that is in effective connection with an electric motor (7) by a torque transmission device (6). The electric motor provides energy for charging an accumulator (9) during operation. A thermal energy supplying mechanism supplies thermal energy of the internal combustion engine to an air-conditioning system (17) in a vehicle interior. Two heat exchangers (15, 18) are provided in the thermal energy supplying mechanism for dissipating and supplying thermal energy respectively. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a vehicle.
