The method involves mixing fluorophore to a material during synthesis or processing. Fluorescence properties e.g. fluorescence intensities, of the fluorophore are temporarily controlled by the mixing process to emit fluorescence light with large wavelengths. The properties and the wavelengths are influenced by an intensity of the emitted light. A concentration of the fluorophore to a material matrix ranges between 1:10 power 12 parts by weight and 1:100 parts by weight. The fluorophore is selected from a group of quantum dots or fluorescence organic substance. The fluorophore is selected from a group of thioflavin, auramine, rhodamine, saphranin, eosine, methyl- violet fluorescence pigment, crystal-violet-fluorescence pigment, triphenyl methane-fluorescence pigment, malachite green, dimethylamino-4-nitrostilbene or combination.
