The system has a high ventilation-wind channel provided with an inlet under air pressure that is greater in an environment and an outlet under air pressure that is smaller in high suitable region. Air is created in a turbine that is attached to a wind channel, where the turbine is provided with a generator-coupling and air is converted into electrical energy. A solar parabolic mirror is assembled in a lower side of a steep slope, and a generator is driven by a turbine.
