Method for production of functional layers of dynamically stressed cylindrical surfaces during winding process, involves setting base body at specific temperature that is above or below melting temperature of composite material strip
The method involves winding a pre-impregnated continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic strip (1) on a base body (2), where the strip is made of a fiber reinforced material that comprises carbon, glass and/or aramide fiber. The base body is set at a temperature of 150 degree Celsius that is below melting temperature of the processed fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite material strip and/or 100 degree Celsius that is above the melting temperature of the processed fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite material strip during winding process. An independent claim is also included for a device for production of functional layers of dynamically stressed cylindrical surfaces during winding process.
