Ventilation device for air conditioning of room in building, has overflow channel, and air outlets conveyed back flue gas to connection unit in flue gas diverting operation, where part of flue gas stream withdraws from room by channel
The device (10) has a connection unit (16) guiding supply air stream produced by a supply air ventilator (12) to air outlets (19/1, 19/2) via a constant flow rate regulator (17). An overflow channel (23) that is provided parallel to the flow rate regulator is released by pressure difference between an air conditioning room (11) and a low pressure side of the ventilator in a flue gas diverting operation in a pressure controlled manner. A flue gas is conveyed back to the unit by the outlets in the operation. A predominant part of a flue gas stream withdraws from the room by the channel.
