The grid arrangement is formed such that the upper surface appears as a single unstructured surface to the naked eye at the normal use distance. The surface is partially or completely made of anodized aluminum. Color graphical elements are arranged on the surface for the arrangement. The surface serves as a support for optical or opto-mechanical computer mouse. The arrangement is inserted into the graphical elements.
