Gas-permeable limiting wall for limiting particle mass flow crossed by air mass stream for air-sand-heat transfer in e.g. gas turbine power station during storing high temperature waste heat, has straight channels limited by channel walls
The wall (10) has a single-piece lattice body comprising straight channels (15) that are limited by channel walls (16) at circumference of the body. The channels run parallel to a particle side (12) and transverse to a flow direction of air mass stream (14). The channels run transverse to a direction of particle mass flow (13), and exhibit channel ends, which are open at the particle side. The channels run approximately in a direction of the air mass stream, and are closed at the particle side, where the walls are made of porous ceramic material or porous metallic material.
