The apparatus for parallel micro-array experiments, to identify a specific interaction between probe and target molecules, has a micro-titration plate (5) with a number of longitudinal reaction vessels (3). At least one reaction vessel in a micro-array (4) is arranged so that the normals (N) of the micro-array are at right angles to the longitudinal line (L) of the reaction vessels. The micro-array, on a carrier (1), is at one side of the reaction vessels and at least a part of the carrier forms a reaction vessel side wall in a comb structure (2). The detection unit is a camera to register the interactions.
