The method involves scanning and reconstructing two object-identical computed tomography-images with the x-ray spectrums. Each computed tomography-image comprises multiple image values arranged in pixels or voxels. Another computed tomography-image is computed by a weighted linear combination of the image values of the former computed tomography-images. The latter computed tomography-image has an optimized signal-to-noise ratio with a computed tomography value.
