Windpark operating method for generation of electricity, involves determining electrical load of wind turbine of windpark, and adjusting transmission ratio depending on electrical load of wind turbine
The method involves transporting electrical energy produced in a windpark to a transmission station (12) by a windpark internal network (11). The electrical energy is transformed to a voltage before passing the electrical energy to an external network (14), where the voltage is greater than the voltage in the windpark internal network at a selectable transmission ratio. Electrical load of a wind turbine (10) of the windpark is determined. The transmission ratio is adjusted depending on the electrical load of the wind turbine. An independent claim is also included for a windpark comprising a transmission station.
