The device has a hinged door comprising a front panel (12a) forming a door front surface (10a), and an operating panel (14a) provided with a fixed operating element (16a) and a display unit (26a). The front panel has a through-hole free operating unit front projection region (18a) relevant to the operating panel. The operating element is covered by the front panel, and is formed by a touch slider. The front panel is formed by a front disk (20a), and the operating panel is formed in type of strip.
