Concrete, useful to produce steel reinforced concrete railway sleepers, comprises cement, water, fine particles, flowing agent, fine aggregates, and coarse aggregate, which is partially recycled from the concrete
Easily compressible concrete (I) comprises 400 kg/m 3of cement, water, less than 550 kg/m 3of fine particles, 8-10 kg/m 3of flowing agent, 750-850 kg/m 3of fine aggregates with particle size of up to 4 mm, and 900-1000 kg/m 3of coarse aggregate with particle sizes of 8-16 mm, which is at least partially recycled from the concrete, and in the processing state, the ratio of the mass of water content to cement content is less than 0.4. Independent claims are included for: (1) a self-compacting concrete comprising (I), where the amount of fine aggregates and coarse aggregate is 840-940 kg/m 3, and 680-780 kg/m 3, respectively; (2) a steel reinforced concrete railway sleepers comprising (I) or self-compacting concrete; and (3) the use of (I) or self-compacting concrete for the production of steel reinforced concrete railway sleepers by late demolding processes, where: (I) or self-compacting concrete is (i) charged into a mold of steel reinforcement and prestressed, (ii) the form is filled with concrete, (iii) the mold is heated with the concrete in a hardening chamber, after a predetermined time, (iv) the concrete of steel reinforcement is decompressed, after the hardening, and (v) the concrete- railway sleepers are removed.
