The cell-chip system comprises an inlet chamber (12), a main chamber (14) in whose base area, a cell culture chamber (20) exists itself with sensor chip (22) arranged under the cell culture chamber, and an outlet chamber (16). An inlet channel is present between the inlet chamber and the cell culture chamber and an outlet channel with an outlet channel discharge opening is present between the cell culture chamber and the outlet chamber. The base of the outlet chamber comprises a conical depression. The cell-chip system comprises an inlet chamber (12), a main chamber (14) in whose base area, a cell culture chamber (20) exists itself with sensor chip (22) arranged under the cell culture chamber, and an outlet chamber (16). An inlet channel is present between the inlet chamber and the cell culture chamber and an outlet channel with an outlet channel discharge opening is present between the cell culture chamber and the outlet chamber. The base of the outlet chamber comprises a conical depression and the base of the cell culture chamber and/or the outlet chamber lies beneath the outlet channel discharge opening. The depression comprises a volume of 5-300 ul and has an outlet canal over which the depression is deflated. The base of the inlet chamber comprises a bevel well-disposed to the inlet channel. The bevel comprises an inclination of 5-70[deg] .
