Two-stage exhaust-gas turbocharger for internal combustion engine of vehicle, has low-pressure compressor with bypass line connected to high-pressure compressors in gas conducting manner, and low-pressure turbine with another bypass line
The turbocharger (1) has a low-pressure turbo blower (3) arranged next to two high-pressure turbo blowers (4, 5) in series. Low-pressure and high-pressure turbines (3a, 5a) are connected with one another in an exhaust-gas conducting manner. A low-pressure compressor (3b) of the blower (3) is arranged in a flow direction of fresh air before high-pressure compressors (4b, 5b) of the respective blowers (4, 5). The low-pressure compressor includes a bypass line (13) that is connected to the high-pressure compressors in a gas conducting manner. The low-pressure turbine includes a bypass line (15).
