Laser beam scanner for the fabrication of e.g. solar cells and pixel-repair of flat screens has F-theta lens for formation of top hat beam distribution
A single- or twin-dimensional laser beam (1) scanner operates in a working plane (5) and has an F-Theta lens through which the laser beam passes and a further lens system (2) that forms a top-hat distribution of the laser beam distribution in the working plane.
