Drive strand arrangement for vehicle i.e. commercial motor vehicle, has auxiliary transmission arranged downstream to main gear and coupled with mechanism i.e. electric machine, for applying support moment on mechanism
The arrangement has an internal combustion engine (1), a main gear (2), and an auxiliary transmission i.e. planetary gear, arranged downstream to the main gear. The auxiliary transmission is coupled with a mechanism i.e. electric machine (13) such as motor or generator, for applying support moment on the mechanism. The planetary gear comprises an adjustable internal gear (11) that is coupled with a rotor (12) of the electric machine. The internal gear connects the rotor of the electric machine with planetary wheels (8) of the planetary gear.
