Method for accessing information of location-based service for mobile-tagging-application, involves providing location-specific information of location-based service to Internet for index and geo-position of data carrier
The method involves attaching a data carrier to a physical object having a tag (1), where an index is coded in the data carrier. A geo-position of the data carrier is determined, and the data carrier is read. The index of the data carrier is decoded using a mobile device (4). A metadata-server (2) associates the index and the geo-position for the data carrier. Location-specific information of a location-based service (7) is provided to Internet for the index and the geo-position of the data carrier. The information is aggregated and index-specifically processed.
