Plastic formulation, useful e.g. to prepare plastic part, preferably screw cap for plastic containers, preferably plastic bottle, comprises a plastic matrix processable with injection molding process and/or impact-extrusion process
Plastic formulation comprises a plastic matrix processable with injection molding process and/or impact-extrusion process, where: 0.01-2 wt.% of hollow particle is added to the plastic matrix, and the plastic matrix exhibits a regular form and an equivalent diameter of 10-150 mu m. Independent claims are included for: (1) a preform for the production of plastic containers by stretch-blowing process comprising mono or multi layer, where its external layer is produced from the plastic formulation; (2) a plastic container, preferably a plastic bottle comprising a hollow body and a screw-threaded discharge socket and/or neck; and (3) a screw cap for a plastic bottle comprising an internal layer containing the plastic formulation.
