PURPOSE: A construction method using fine rubber particles for a bicycle road allowing the passage of vehicles is provided to protect a bicycle rider from excoriation when falling off and to offer pedestrians a shock absorbing effect. CONSTITUTION: A construction method using fine rubber particles for a bicycle road allowing the passage of vehicles is as follows. Dirt, oil, or air gaps in a concrete layer(10) of a concrete or asphalt road are pre-processed. A primer coating layer(20) is formed and dried. Liquid urethane or epoxy is mixed with fine rubber particles and coated to a certain thickness on the primer coating layer to form a main coating layer(30). The main coating layer is hardened to suspend the fine rubber particles. A top coating layer(40) is formed on the top of the main coating layer and hardened.
