PURPOSE: A complex apparatus for culturing fishes and marsh snail is provided, which can raise marsh snail of good quality by collecting precipitate created in culturing the marsh snail. CONSTITUTION: A complex apparatus for culturing fishes and marsh snail comprises: a water tub(100) which is equipped with a water pipe and a drainpipe and stores the water flowing between the water pipe and drainpipe; a lattice(200) which is respectively placed in the floor of the water tub; a marsh snail culturing board(300) which has a form which is bent so that the triangle shape can be successively formed and in which the marsh snail is stuck and cultured; and a plurality of meshes(400) which are respectively installed between the lattice and marsh snail culturing board.
