摘要

A polymer electrolyte membrane for a direct methanol fuel cell is provided to suppress a crossover phenomenon of a methanol to increase selectivity using a sulfation cyclodextrin and microporous titanium silicate particle dispersed in an ion exchange film matrix respectively. A polymer electrolyte membrane for a direct methanol fuel cell comprises a first polymer electrolyte layer and a second polymer electrolyte layer. The first polymer electrolyte layer is formed by an ion exchange film matrix dispersed in a sulfation cyclodextrin. The second polymer electrolyte layer is formed by the ion exchange film matrix where a plurality of microporous titanium silicate particle whose pore size is larger than a water molecule and smaller than a methanol molecule are dispersed.
