PURPOSE: A rear suspension device of a torsion beam axle type for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the changes of the central torsion point of a torsion beam or the height of a roll center.;CONSTITUTION: A rear suspension device of a torsion beam axle type for a vehicle comprises a torsion beam(10) and a pair of trailing arms(20). The torsion beam is formed in an ellipse shape so that both ends include a linear section(11) and a curved section(13). The trailing arms are formed in an ellipse shape, which include a linear section(51) and a curved section(53). A protrusion(50), which is inserted into both ends and then is connected to the torsion beam, is formed integrally with the trailing arm. The torsion beam and the protrusion are installed so that the curved section faces the front and the rear of the vehicle body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
