摘要

PURPOSE: A dried powder or extract of Hericium erinaceus mycelium is provided to protect liver and to prevent and treat obesity.;CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating obesity contains Hericium erinaceus mycelium extract or dried powder as an active ingredient. A method for obtaining the dried powder of Hericium erinaceus mycelium comprises: a step of mixing 2% of soy peptone, 2% of glucose, 1% of yeast extract, and 0.5% of agar to prepare a solid medium; a step of inoculating Hericium erinaceus mycelium to the solid medium and culturing at 23°C-27°C for 10-20 days; and a step of collecting only Hericium erinaceus mycelium and freeze-drying. The extraction solvent is isolated using water, low alcohol of C1-C4 or mixture solvent thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
